You’re going to receive a weekly email report from RescueTime showing your stats for the week including your Focus Work, distractions, and meetings. Review your progress in a snapshot. See where you excelled and where you can improve.
Ready for a better way to schedule Focus Sessions?
Use the Google Calendar Focus Time Feature! Open your calendar and click "➕ Create". Choose "Focus Time" and set the date and time. The event created will automatically trigger a Focus Session–easy as 🥧!
We understand that you do different types of work each day, and not all of that work is done on your computer. That’s why we’ve added the ability to track work that isn’t automatically recorded by the RescueTime Assistant.
At the end of the day (or whenever you have the opportunity), you can click ‘Add Offline Work’ in the RescueTime assistant and record additional offline Focus Work (white boarding, brainstorming, or written work done on paper), Meetings (for phone calls or in-person meetings), or Other Work (offline work that doesn’t fall under one of the other work types).
